Once a service agreement is complete, a member of our team will follow up to confirm the commencement of your services.

  • Q. Do I need an NDIS plan to access your services?
    Yes, most of our services are funded through the NDIS. If you have an active NDIS plan that includes Core Supports or Capacity Building (Nursing), we can assist you.
  • Q. Am I eligible for NDIS?
    If you are aged between 7 and 64 years old, are an Australian citizen or permanent resident, and live with a permanent or significant disability, then you may be eligible for NDIS.     Absolutely. All our support workers undergo rigorous screening and hold necessary certifications (First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening). For our High Intensity and Nursing services, care is delivered or overseen by qualified Registered Nurses. Our Director, personally ensures that staff training meets high clinical standards.
  • Q. Can you provide services 24/7?
    We work with participants to build a roster of care that meets their specific needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements for overnight or 24-hour support.
  • Q. What is your cancellation policy?
    We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer flexibility to our participants. However, we require adequate notice time to cancel support service to better serve all the participants efficiently and without delays.
  • Q. Where do you offer services?
    Our skilled staff deliver a broad range of high-quality NDIS-approved disability support services in and around Adelaide metro and greater Adelaide. Clients in the Barossa Valley, Adelaide Hills, and Fleurieu Peninsula are welcome to contact and explore what is available.
  • Q. I am currently with another provider, can I use your services as well?
    Absolutely. As a NDIS participant you have choice of using different providers for a service or part of service. You can choose to continue with your current provider or replace them for a better service with us. You also have a choice to have one service with one provider while you can engage another provider for different service.
  • Q. What is Support Coordination?
    Support Coordination is a Capacity Building support designed to help you understand, implement, and make the most of your NDIS plan. Your Support Coordinator develops a clear understanding of your goals and support needs and works with you to organise the right combination of supports to help you achieve your outcomes.
    There are three levels of Support Coordination that may be included in your plan, depending on your goals, needs, and circumstances:
    Support Connection : Builds your ability to connect with informal, community, and funded supports so you can maximise your plan and work towards your goals.
    Support Coordination : Helps you develop the skills to understand, implement, and use your plan effectively. Your Support Coordinator works with you to build your capacity to manage services, strengthen relationships, live more independently, and participate in the community.
    Specialist Support Coordination : Provides higher-level support for people with complex needs. A Specialist Support Coordinator helps you navigate challenging support environments and ensures your services are coordinated and delivered consistently.
